NE15 is designed to chill a maximum of 18 liters of liquid food from 100°C to 35°C in just one easy step of 10 minutes. The 27 conducting tubes are professionally polish burnished, which not only facilitate heat transfer in an unparalleled speed but prevent food residues attaching to the equipment. Test results from Food Industry Research and Development Institute, an authorized third party institute in Taiwan, shows that the amount of bacteria found in the soup which has been chilled by our machine down to 18 °C is in fact lower than the amount of bacteria found in the boil soup at 95°C. The lower amount of bacteria underlines a more stable food quality and a longer shelf time.
